Memorial Service for the Unborn will be Sept. 12

WEST PEORIA — The local observance of the National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 12, in St. Mary’s Cemetery, 421 N. Sterling.

The service, sponsored by Central Illinois Right to Life, will be at the cemetery’s Memorial Site for the Unborn erected by Knights of Columbus Spalding Council No. 427,

The service will honor the memory of more than 50 million unborn victims of abortion.
