Pro-Life Virtual Rally

Central Illinois Right to Life is hosting a virtual pro-life rally, with keynote speaker Dr. Philip Ney of Mt. Joy College in British Columbia. Dr. Ney is a family man, well respected, retired medical professor and currently a child and family psychiatrist in part-tine practice. He has made significant medical discoveries, including Post Abortion Survivor Syndrome.
