Parish office at St. Joseph in Marseilles supports four parishes:
St Joseph, Marseilles; St Mary of the Fields, Grand Ridge; St Patrick, Seneca; St Patrick, Ransom

Qualifications:

• ability to provide genuine, personable and confidential conversations with callers and visitors
• multi-tasking in a busy office setting
• proficient use of email, Word and Excel; knowledge of Publisher a plus
• bookkeeping experience or accounting education

Compensation: $14.50/hour during probation period

Hours: 27-29 hours per week
Office Hours: Mon – Thurs, 9am-2:30pm
