Responsibilities:
- Supervise students at athletic and extracurricular events
- Manage discipline and set student behavior expectations
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students to maintain a positive and safe school environment
- Serve on the administrative team and contribute to school-wide decision-making processes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to student behavior and discipline
- Provide faith-based guidance and support to students and parents
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws related to student discipline
- Keep records of student behavior and discipline
- Revise and update student handbook as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- Administrative degree (preferred) or ability to get administrative degree or certification
- Teaching experience at the secondary level (minimum of five years preferred)
- Experience in student discipline
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Practicing Catholic
