Position Summary:
Epiphany Roman Catholic Church in Normal, IL, a faith-filled community of approximately 1100 families with a Pre K – 8th Catholic School, is seeking a full-time Director of Music and Liturgy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in music or related field with an understanding of the Roman Catholic liturgy, including sacramental celebrations. The candidate will show proficiency in piano, keyboard, and vocal techniques and have strong leadership and communication skills to engage the parish in traditional and contemporary Catholic music as well as develop and grow a strong choir program. The Director of Music and Liturgy is a parish staff member that reports to the Pastor and Pastoral Assistant.
